We are firmly convinced that the wines must be the authentic expression of the areas of origin this is our philosophy as wine-producers in Massimago. The respect of the uniqueness of this area is the guide-line for every single step in the production of our wines: the choice of the right moment for the vintage (which may change from one terroir to the other because the soil might be very different), the limited quantities (in order to guarantee a high quality) and even the smallest details such as the grape-gathering by hand, the crushing as well as the aging that must be adapted to every single kind of wine.
